Global Exporter of ASTM A182 Gr. F1, F5, F9, F11, F22, F91 Alloy Steel Flanges & Forged Fittings – ASME/ANSI B16.5 & B16.11 Standards
We are a globally recognized supplier and manufacturer of ASTM A182 F1, F5, F9, F11, F22, and F91 alloy steel forged fittings and flanges, with over three decades of expertise serving the power generation, petrochemical, oil & gas, and heavy‑process industries. Operating from ISO 9001:2015‑certified facilities, we combine advanced forging, machining, and inspection capabilities to deliver precision‑engineered components on time and to exacting specifications. From rapid‑turnaround maintenance orders to large‑scale EPC projects, our commitment to quality and customer support has made us the trusted partner for critical piping systems worldwide.
Our comprehensive product portfolio includes forged flanges—weld‑neck, slip‑on, blind, socket‑weld, threaded, lap‑joint, and ring‑type joint—and an extensive range of forged fittings such as 90° and 45° long‑ and short‑radius elbows, equal and reducing tees, crosses, couplings, unions, bushings, and caps. For branch connections, we supply weldolets, sockolets, and threadolets. All materials strictly conform to the chemical and mechanical requirements of ASTM A182, and dimensions comply with ASME/ANSI B16.5, B16.47, B16.9, and B16.11. Each grade is heat‑treated—normalized, tempered, or quenched & tempered—to optimize strength, creep resistance, and toughness within its intended service envelope.
Components are stocked in nominal sizes from ½” NB to 24” NB, with ANSI/ASME pressure classes ranging from 150# through 2,500#, covering low‑pressure steam lines through ultra‑supercritical boiler headers. We maintain extensive inventory of all six grades—F1, F5, F9, F11, F22, and F91—in both seamless and forged‑from‑billet constructions. Every item ships with EN 10204 3.1 or 3.2 mill test certificates and full ISO 9001:2015 accreditation. Third‑party inspection by bodies such as BV, Lloyd’s, or SGS is available on request, ensuring complete traceability and peace of mind.
ASTM A182 F1 and F5 alloys excel in moderate‑temperature applications up to 400 °C, offering excellent weldability and impact toughness. Grades F9, F11, and F22, with elevated chromium content, are engineered for superheater and reheater service between 400 °C and 550 °C, delivering enhanced creep strength and oxidation resistance. The premium F91 alloy incorporates vanadium and niobium for ultra‑supercritical boiler service up to 650 °C, providing superior creep‑rupture life and thermal fatigue resistance. All production batches undergo 100% Positive Material Identification (PMI), ultrasonic and radiographic testing, hydrostatic pressure testing, and rigorous dimensional inspections in our ISO‑certified laboratories—guaranteeing the highest reliability for your most demanding projects.
