Wide Range of ASME B16.11 Forged Tees – Equal & Reducing Variants – Available in Threaded (NPT/BSP) and Socket Weld Designs – Manufactured using Carbon Steel A105, Stainless Steel F304/F316, Alloy Steel F5/F9/F22, Duplex 2205, Super Duplex, and Nickel-Based Alloys like Inconel, Hastelloy, and Monel.
Bhavani Industries offers a premium range of forged Tee fittings, designed for use in high-pressure piping systems to efficiently branch the flow of fluids. A Tee fitting is used to either combine or split fluid flow, and it features one inlet and two outlets arranged at 90 degrees to the main line. Our forged Tees are available in equal (straight) Tee and reducing Tee variants, depending on the size and flow requirements. Manufactured using high-strength forged materials, these fittings ensure reliable performance in critical industrial environments.
Our Tees are available in both socket weld and threaded (screwed) end connections, produced in compliance with ASME B16.11, MSS-SP-79, and other international standards. We offer Tees in pressure classes 2000, 3000, 6000, and 9000, and in sizes ranging from 1/8” to 4”. Material options include Carbon Steel (ASTM A105, A350 LF2), Stainless Steel (ASTM A182 F304, F316, etc.), Alloy Steel (F11, F22, F91), Duplex/Super Duplex, and Nickel Alloys such as Inconel, Monel, and Hastelloy. All fittings undergo strict heat treatment, inspection, and machining processes to ensure strength, dimensional accuracy, and corrosion resistance.
Forged Tee from Bhavani Industries are widely used in industries such as oil & gas, chemical processing, petrochemicals, power plants, and shipbuilding, where system integrity and leak-proof connections are critical. These Tees are ideal for complex pipeline layouts, allowing for smooth distribution and redirection of flow without pressure loss. With high-quality raw materials and advanced manufacturing capabilities, Bhavani Industries ensures durable, high-performance Tee fittings for the most demanding applications.
ASME B16.11 Forged Tees – Available in Equal and Reducing Designs with Socket Weld and Threaded Ends – Sizes from 1/8” to 4”, Pressure Ratings: 2000, 3000, 6000, 9000 – Engineered for strength, reliability, and leak-proof performance in critical piping.
