Titanium Grade 1 offers excellent mechanical properties, including a tensile strength of ~240 MPa, yield strength of ~170 MPa, and elongation of ~24%. It retains its structural stability in service temperatures up to 400°C (752°F) and provides exceptional resistance to seawater, oxidizing media, and chlorides. We supply fittings and flanges in sizes from ½” NB to 24” NB, pressure ratings from 150# to 600#, and forged fittings in 3000# and 6000# classes. All materials are tested for PMI, ultrasonic integrity, hydrostatic strength, and produced under a certified ISO 9001:2015 quality management system.
Due to its low density, biocompatibility, and unmatched corrosion resistance, Titanium Grade 1 is extensively used in desalination systems, offshore structures, chemical tanks, condenser tubing, reactor vessels, and medical implants. The alloy is easily weldable and formable, offering long service life and reducing maintenance costs in aggressive environments.
