Buy Titanium Gr.7 Pipe Fittings – Flanges, Forged & Branch Outlet Types – Sizes ½” to 24” NB – Global Delivery. Titanium Grade 7 is a commercially pure titanium alloy that includes a small addition of palladium (0.12%–0.25%), which significantly improves its corrosion resistance—especially in reducing and acidic environments like hydrochloric, sulfuric, and phosphoric acids. It shares the same mechanical properties as Grade 2 but offers superior corrosion performance, making it ideal for aggressive chemical media and marine atmospheres. This alloy is widely used in critical applications such as heat exchangers, reactors, piping systems, and pollution control equipment in the chemical processing and power generation industries. We offer a full inventory of Titanium Grade 7 pipe fittings and flanges, including buttweld elbows, tees, reducers, end caps, stub ends, as well as high-pressure forged fittings (socket weld and threaded types like couplings, unions, and bushings). Additionally, we manufacture and supply branch outlet fittings such as weldolets, sockolets, elbolets, and threadolets for use in high-stress and high-corrosion systems. All fittings conform to major international standards such as ASTM B381, B363, B367, and dimensional norms from ASME B16.5, B16.9, B16.11, MSS SP-97. Titanium Grade 7 exhibits excellent weldability, formability, and ductility, with a tensile strength of approximately 344 MPa and yield strength of 275 MPa. Its standout feature is its exceptional corrosion resistance due to the palladium addition, especially in wet chlorine gas, nitric acid, and highly reducing acids. It remains stable across a wide range of temperatures, performing well from cryogenic conditions up to 400°C. This makes it ideal for use in chloride-rich environments, desalination plants, chemical reactors, and flue gas scrubbers. All Titanium Grade 7 fittings and flanges are manufactured under a strict ISO 9001:2015 quality management system. Each product undergoes rigorous testing such as PMI (Positive Material Identification), ultrasonic, hydrostatic,…
