Nimonic 75 (UNS N06075) and Nimonic 80A (UNS N07080) are high-performance nickel-chromium alloys widely used in the manufacture of forged fittings, buttweld components, flanges, and outlet connections for high-temperature and high-stress environments. These alloys exhibit exceptional oxidation resistance, superior mechanical strength, and outstanding creep-rupture properties up to 815°C for Nimonic 75 and even higher for Nimonic 80A, making them ideal for aerospace, gas turbine, nuclear, and heat treatment industries. These materials conform to international standards such as ASTM B366, B564, and ASME SB specifications for flanges and fittings.
Our product range includes weld neck, slip-on, socket weld, blind, threaded, RTJ flanges as per ASME B16.5 and B16.47, in pressure classes 150# to 2500#. We also stock forged fittings like 90° elbows, 45° elbows, tees, reducers, couplings, unions, bushings, and caps as per ASME B16.11 / MSS SP-95 standards. Outlet fittings (Olets) such as weldolet, sockolet, and threadolet are manufactured to MSS SP-97, ensuring safe and leak-free branching in piping systems.
Nimonic 80A, in particular, is precipitation-hardened and strengthened with titanium and aluminum, providing enhanced fatigue resistance and creep strength compared to Nimonic 75. These properties make 80A a preferred choice for critical structural applications in turbine blades, exhaust valves, and petrochemical processing components. Both alloys offer excellent workability in forged and welded forms and can be supplied in seamless or welded constructions with SCH 10 to XXS wall thicknesses.
