Nickel Alloy 201 Suppliers

Supplying Nickel 201 WNRF, SORF, Blind Flanges, Reducers, Tees, Couplings, Unions & Weldolets – All Pressure Classes Available – International Standards.

We offer reliable solutions in corrosion-resistant and high-purity alloys, catering to demanding industries worldwide. Nickel Alloy 201 is a low-carbon version of Nickel 200, specially designed to resist intergranular attack in high-temperature and caustic environments. This commercially pure wrought nickel alloy exhibits excellent resistance to alkaline solutions and strong thermal and electrical conductivity, making it ideal for use in electronics, aerospace, marine, food processing, and chemical production sectors.

Our Nickel 201 offerings include flanges (weld neck, slip-on, threaded, blind, socket weld, lap joint), buttweld pipe fittings (elbows, reducers, tees, caps), and forged fittings (socket weld/threaded elbows, couplings, unions, and caps). We also supply branch outlet fittings such as weldolets, sockolets, and threadolets, designed for seamless and high-integrity piping connections. All components are manufactured as per international standards including ASTM B366, B564, and conform to ASME/ANSI B16.5, B16.9, and B16.11 dimensions.

Nickel 201 offers high ductility, low hardness, and excellent corrosion resistance in caustic and reducing media. It performs well in temperatures up to 650°C (1200°F) and provides a tensile strength of around 380 MPa. The low carbon content prevents carbide precipitation, enhancing resistance to graphitization. We provide Nickel 201 products in sizes from ½” NB to 48” NB, pressure classes from 150# to 2500# for flanges, and up to 9000# for forged fittings. Each product is produced under an ISO 9001:2015 certified quality system, backed by comprehensive testing such as PMI, ultrasonic, hydro, and mechanical inspections.

Nickel Alloy 201 is extensively used in chemical processing, marine components, synthetic fiber production, food handling equipment, caustic soda production, reactors, and electronic components. Its key benefits include high resistance to corrosion, excellent mechanical properties in extreme temperatures, and non-magnetic behavior with superior conductivity. Its purity, workability, and resistance to stress corrosion make it a preferred material for industries demanding longevity, reliability, and performance in hostile environments.

Industrial Nickel Alloy 201 Components – Including Buttweld Fittings, Flanges (RF/FF), Forged Socket Weld & Threaded Fittings, Weldolet, Sockolet, Threadolet – Global Standards.
