Nickel Alloy 200 Suppliers

ISO-Certified Nickel 200 Pipe Fittings & Flanges – Buttweld, Forged, and Olets in All Dimensions & Pressure Ratings. Global Supply.

We specialize in supplying high-performance alloys for critical industries where material purity, corrosion resistance, and mechanical strength are essential. Nickel Alloy 200 is a commercially pure (99.6% minimum) wrought nickel alloy known for its excellent mechanical properties and superior resistance to a wide range of corrosive environments. With its outstanding thermal and electrical conductivity, Nickel 200 is widely used in industries such as chemical processing, food handling, marine, aerospace, and electronics.

Our product range in Nickel 200 includes flanges (weld neck, slip-on, blind, threaded, socket weld, lap joint), buttweld pipe fittings (elbows, tees, reducers, caps), and forged fittings (socket weld/threaded elbows, couplings, unions). We also offer olet fittings such as weldolets, sockolets, and threadolets, suitable for high-purity and corrosive fluid service. All components are manufactured in accordance with global standards including ASTM B564, B366 and follow dimensional tolerances as per ASME/ANSI B16.5, B16.9, and B16.11.

Nickel 200 provides excellent resistance to alkaline environments, neutral and acidic salt solutions, dry gases like chlorine and hydrogen chloride, and caustic soda. It offers a tensile strength of around 400 MPa and performs reliably up to 315°C (600°F). We offer Nickel 200 components in sizes ranging from ½” NB to 48” NB, with pressure ratings from 150# to 2500# for flanges and up to 9000# for forged fittings. All products are manufactured under a strict ISO 9001:2015 certified quality system, with quality tests such as PMI, hydro, ultrasonic, mechanical, and dimensional inspections ensuring compliance and reliability.

Nickel Alloy 200 is widely used in chemical storage vessels, synthetic fiber production, caustic soda equipment, electronic components, and heat exchangers. Its advantages include high ductility, thermal stability, excellent corrosion resistance in caustic and reducing environments, and exceptional electrical and magnetic properties. The alloy’s purity and resistance to stress corrosion cracking make it a preferred choice in industries where cleanliness, conductivity, and corrosion resistance are critical to operational safety and performance.

Nickel Alloy 200 – Precision Manufacturing of Flanges (WNRF/SORF/BLRF), Forged Fittings, Buttweld Elbows, Tees, Reducers & Branch Outlets – Standards: ASME B16.5/B16.9/B16.11/MSS SP-97.
