Incoloy 800 offers a tensile strength of approximately 520 MPa, excellent resistance to oxidation up to 1100°C (2000°F), and good structural stability at prolonged high-temperature exposure. The material maintains its mechanical properties in environments containing sulfur compounds, nitriding, and other process gases. We supply components in sizes ranging from ½” NB to 48” NB, with pressure ratings from 150# to 2500# for flanges and up to 9000# for forged fittings. Each item is manufactured under a strict ISO 9001:2015 certified quality system, with testing methods including PMI, hydrotesting, ultrasonic, hardness, and dimensional inspections.
Incoloy 800H is widely used in thermal processing equipment, hydrocarbon cracking units, steam superheaters, heat exchanger tubing, and high-temperature piping systems.
