Stockist of Hastelloy X Alloy Pipe Fittings – Elbows, Tees, Reducers, WNRF Flanges, Forged SW/Threaded Fittings & Branch Olets – ASME/MSS Standards | Global Dispatch.
We are a leading manufacturer, stockist, and global exporter of Hastelloy X pipe fittings, flanges, forged components, and olets, known for their exceptional performance in high-temperature and oxidizing environments. Engineered from a nickel-chromium-iron-molybdenum alloy, Hastelloy X is widely used in the aerospace, heat treatment, chemical processing, and industrial furnace industries. All components are manufactured in accordance with international specifications such as ASTM B366, B435, ASME B16.5, B16.9, and B16.11, ensuring consistent quality and dimensional accuracy.
Hastelloy X (UNS N06002) is specially designed for oxidation resistance up to 1200°C (2200°F). It offers excellent strength at elevated temperatures along with good formability and weldability. The alloy’s composition—primarily Ni, Cr, Fe, and Mo—enhances its resistance to carburization and oxidation, making it ideal for high-stress, high-heat environments. Hastelloy X also exhibits excellent fabricability, making it suitable for welded assemblies in gas turbines, combustion chambers, and exhaust ducts. It meets stringent standards for mechanical strength, elongation, and corrosion performance under extreme conditions.
We offer a full range of Hastelloy X buttweld fittings including elbows, tees, reducers, and end caps, alongside flanges such as WNRF, SORF, BLRF, and threaded flanges. Our forged fittings are available in socket weld and threaded designs such as elbows, couplings, unions, and bushings, in pressure classes up to 2500#. In addition, we supply MSS SP-97-compliant olets like weldolets, sockolets, and threadolets. These products are widely used in aircraft engine components, furnace zones, petrochemical heaters, and thermal processing plants due to their exceptional heat resistance and stability.
Our Hastelloy X products undergo strict quality control protocols including PMI (Positive Material Identification), ultrasonic testing, radiography, and dimensional inspection. All components are marked with full traceability and packed in export-grade, seaworthy wooden boxes, protected against corrosion and impact during transit. With an extensive inventory and ISO 9001:2015 certified manufacturing, we serve clients across Europe, the USA, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia. We offer third-party inspection (TPI) services and tailored documentation for project approvals and EPC requirements.
Exporting Hastelloy X Flanges (WNRF/SORF/BLRF), Buttweld Fittings, Forged SW/Threaded Components & Olets – As per ASME B16.5, B16.9, B16.11, MSS SP-97 – Sizes ½” to 24”, Class 150# to 2500# – Global Dispatch.
