Alloy steel is a premium material class engineered for high-strength and high-temperature applications. We offer a wide range of pipe fittings, flanges, and branch connections manufactured from top alloy steel grades including ASTM A182 F1, F5, F9, F11, F22, F91 and ASTM A234 WP1, WP5, WP11, WP22, WP91. These components are widely used in refineries, power plants, petrochemical, and thermal processing industries where durability under extreme conditions is critical.
Our alloy steel inventory includes buttweld pipe fittings (Elbows, Tees, Reducers, Caps, Stub Ends), forged fittings (Socket Weld & Threaded Elbows, Tees, Couplings, Plugs, Unions), flanges (WNRF, SORF, BLRF, Threaded, Lap Joint, RTJ), and branch outlet fittings like Weldolet, Sockolet, and Threadolet. All products adhere to ANSI/ASME B16.5, B16.9, B16.11, MSS SP-97, MSS SP-83, and DIN/EN specifications ensuring global compatibility.
Fittings are available in sizes from ½” NB to 48” NB. Flange pressure classes include Class 150, 300, 600, 900, 1500, and 2500, as well as PN6 to PN64. Forged fittings are supplied in pressure ratings of 2000#, 3000#, 6000#, and 9000#. Buttweld fittings are manufactured in wall thickness ranging from SCH 10 to SCH XXS and comply with ASME B36.10/36.19 dimensional standards. Our olets support branch sizes from ½” to 24” for header pipes up to 36”.
All products are manufactured as per ASTM A182 and A234 standards with strict quality control under ISO 9001:2015 systems. Heat treatment, PMI testing, hydrotesting, ultrasonic inspection, and third-party inspection are standard practices. With material sourcing from reputed mills in Europe, Japan, and India, we ensure full traceability and documentation including EN 10204 3.1/3.2 certificates.
