Inconel 625 Industrial Fittings – Buttweld, Forged & Outlet Range with Flanges. ISO 9001:2015 Certified | Worldwide Delivery. With a reputation for delivering high-performance materials for extreme service conditions, we provide a wide portfolio of nickel alloys, stainless steels, and corrosion-resistant products. One of our flagship offerings is Inconel 625, a nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy designed for outstanding strength and corrosion resistance in severe environments. Its balanced composition, including nickel (~58%), chromium (~20–23%), molybdenum, and niobium, gives it excellent mechanical properties and protection against a wide range of corrosive agents, making it ideal for aerospace, marine, nuclear, and chemical industries. Our Inconel 625 product line includes a broad selection of flanges (weld neck, blind, slip-on, lap joint, threaded, socket weld), buttweld fittings (long/short radius elbows, tees, concentric/eccentric reducers, caps), and forged fittings (socket weld and threaded elbows, tees, unions, couplings). We also offer specialty branch fittings such as weldolets, sockolets, and threadolets for high-integrity piping connections. All products are precision-manufactured following international standards like ASTM B564, B366 and dimensional codes including ASME/ANSI B16.5, B16.9, and B16.11, ensuring consistent quality and fitment. Inconel 625 provides exceptional mechanical strength, with a minimum tensile strength of 827 MPa (120 ksi) and yield strength of 414 MPa (60 ksi). It remains structurally stable across a broad temperature range — from cryogenic conditions to 982°C (1800°F). The alloy’s resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking in seawater and aggressive chemicals is outstanding. We offer Inconel 625 items in sizes from ½” NB to 48” NB, with pressure classes including 150# to 2500# for flanges and 3000#, 6000#, 9000# for forged fittings. Every product is quality-checked under a strict ISO 9001:2015 certified quality system, including PMI testing, hydro testing, and ultrasonic inspection. Inconel 625 is widely used in offshore platforms, exhaust systems, nuclear reactor components, acid…
