Stockist of High Nickel Alloy 200, 201, Inconel 600/601/625/800/825, Monel 400/K500, Hastelloy C22/C276, Waspaloy, Nimonic 75/80A, Haynes 188/230 – Flanges, Elbows, Tees, Outlets & Couplings.

High Nickel Alloys, including Inconel, Monel, Hastelloy, and Nickel 200/201, are engineered for extreme resistance to heat, corrosion, and pressure. These materials are used in demanding environments such as chemical processing, marine, power generation, oil & gas, and aerospace applications. We offer a comprehensive range of high nickel alloy products, covering all piping components like flanges, buttweld elbows, reducers, tees, caps, stub ends, forged socket weld/threaded fittings, and branch outlet fittings.

Our product portfolio includes Inconel 600, 601, 625, 718, Incoloy 800/800H/825, Monel 400/K500, Hastelloy C22, C276, B2, X, and Nickel 200/201. All fittings and flanges are manufactured in compliance with ASTM B564, B366, B462, B472, and B472 standards. We supply flanges in WNRF, SORF, BLRF, SWRF, RTJ, and Lap Joint types, conforming to ASME B16.5, B16.47 Series A/B, and DIN standards. Forged fittings are available in 2000#, 3000#, 6000# class as per ASME B16.11, BS 3799, and MSS SP-95.

Buttweld fittings are supplied in sizes from ½” NB to 48” NB in SCH 10 to XXS, both seamless and welded types. These include 45° and 90° elbows (LR/SR), concentric and eccentric reducers, equal/reducing tees, caps, and stub ends, built to ASME B16.9, MSS SP-43, and EN 10253 specifications. Outlet fittings like Weldolets, Sockolets, Threadolets, Latrolets, and Elbolets are manufactured as per MSS SP-97 and support high-pressure branches up to 9000# in NPT/BSP/threaded, socket weld, and buttweld end configurations.

Our high nickel alloy products are ISO 9001:2015 certified and undergo stringent quality checks, including PMI, UT, radiography, and EN 10204 3.1/3.2 certification. With precision CNC machining, hot forming, and advanced heat treatment capabilities, we ensure optimal mechanical performance and corrosion resistance. Our export reach spans USA, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa, and Europe – with ready stock and express dispatch available on demand.
